3MS metrology mission management system is a universal and open meteorological metrology mission management platform
Instrument collection and return: instrument collection registration, basic information type-in and return operation
Instrument inspection: turnover registration, test data type-in, data operation and issuing report
Out of measuring validity alarm: find out the out of measuring validity for users' instrument and remind users to send instruments to be verified
Query and statistics: generating a statistics report for service workload via the statistics for institutes daily work amount to help them to have a timely command of working status and properly arrange the job schedule
Device management: the basic status management for institutes inner metrology device and supporting alarm for out of measuring validity to conduct controlling for working quality
